About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly collaborative professional to support strategic leadership initiatives within the Partner & ED Matters Office. In this role, you will work closely with Partners, Executive Directors, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to design and deliver impactful leadership programs and experiences.
This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a passion for driving meaningful outcomes through effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, execute, and continuously enhance processes that support leadership engagement and development.
✅ Plan and deliver leadership programs, events, and strategic initiatives, ensuring a seamless participant experience.




✅ Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive successful program outcomes.
✅ Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
✅ Support the execution of strategic initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness and engagement.
What We're Looking For
✔ MBA or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
✔ 6 to 8 years of experience in the Human Resources domain.
✔ Hands-on experience in Employee Engagement, Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD;).
✔ Experience in managing leadership programs, events, or engagement initiatives will be an added advantage.
✔ Strong communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while driving multiple priorities with ownership and agility.
