We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support our international sales and back-office activities.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer inquiries and orders
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and commercial documentation
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and open tasks
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics
- Support international shipping and documentation
- Maintain customer, product, and order data
- Communicate with international customers and suppliers
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on all activities

What We’re Looking For

- Background in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field




- Excellent organizational skills – this is essential for the role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Very good written and spoken English
- German language skills are a plus
- Independent, reliable, and proactive working style
- Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of responsibilities

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications
