As a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Trainee, you will work under the mentorship of experienced clinical leads to support study coordination, participant tracking, and regulatory compliance. This role is designed from the ground up to train fresh graduates with zero prior corporate or clinical experience into confident clinical operations professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Study Coordination: Assist in managing day-to-day clinical research workflows under approved protocols.
- Participant Management: Schedule visits, coordinate with subjects, and maintain accurate records.
- Screening Support: Evaluate potential study participants based on pre-defined eligibility criteria.
- Informed Consent Assistance: Help explain study procedures to subjects and support the ethical consent process.
- Data Entry & Management: Record trial data accurately in Case Report Forms (CRFs) and electronic systems.
- Regulatory Filing:
Maintain physical and electronic study files and essential trial documents.
- GCP Compliance: Ensure all trial activities strictly adhere to Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
- Audit & Monitoring Support: Assist the clinical team during site monitoring visits and audits.
Eligibility & Educational Qualification
Strictly for Recent Graduates: Open for candidates who have recently completed their graduation (Bachelor's or Master's degrees).

B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Nursing, etc.)
