Experience: 12 to 18 Years

• Senior Operations Leader with 12–18 years’ experience managing integrated ecosystems across retail, terminals, and large venues.

n

n

• Event execution background but will need to do event operations as well as terminal and mall operations

n

n

• Accountable for security, fire & life safety, mall operations, terminal readiness, and event execution. Skilled in SOP governance, compliance, customer experience, stakeholder management, and crisis response.

n

n

• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive operational excellence in high footfall, complex environments.

n
