The Role

n

The Vice President will play a central role in managing transaction execution, supporting seller onboarding, buyer matching activities and leading a growing team of analysts, associates and deal professionals.

n

n

This is a hands-on leadership role combining execution management, client management and team development.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Transaction Execution

n

• Lead execution of live M&A; and capital raising transactions

n

• Manage transaction timelines and deal processes

n

• Coordinate buyers, investors, clients, lawyers and advisers

n

• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks

n

• Drive transactions toward successful completion

n

n

Seller Onboarding

n

• Meet prospective sellers and business owners

n

• Assess transaction readiness and suitability

n

• Guide clients through onboarding and preparation processes

n

n





Buyer & Investor Matching

n

• Support buyer outreach and engagement

n

• Facilitate introductions and transaction discussions

n

• Maintain momentum throughout the deal process

n

n

Team Leadership

n

• Manage and mentor analysts, associates and execution professionals

n

• Review work product and ensure quality standards

n

• Improve internal processes and transaction workflows

n

n

Requirements

n

• 7+ years of M&A; execution experience

n

• Experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, corporate finance, private equity or corporate development

n

• Demonstrated involvement in completed transactions

n

• Experience managing junior professionals and multiple live transactions

n

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

n

• Solid communication and leadership capability

n

n
