Legal Counsel – Cyber Crime, Litigation & Corporate Legal Company: Snyllo Éstetica / Snyllo Innovations Private Limited Location: Employment Type: Full-Time / Retainer / As mutually agreed Experience: 7–12+ Years About Snyllo Éstetica Snyllo Éstetica is a growing healthcare and aesthetics company operating across medical aesthetics, wellness and technology-enabled healthcare services. As the company continues to scale, we are looking for a highly experienced Legal Counsel with strong expertise in Cyber Crime, Bank Account Freezing/Lien Matters, Criminal Litigation and Corporate Disputes . This is a hands-on legal role requiring someone who can independently manage sensitive and time-critical legal matters involving banks, Cyber Crime Cells, police authorities, employees, clients, vendors and courts. Role Overview The Legal Counsel will be responsible for protecting the company's legal and financial interests, with particular emphasis on: Bank account freezes and lien orders Cyber Crime Cell complaints and investigations Cyber fraud and financial fraud matters Criminal complaints and police proceedings Employee misconduct, fraud and asset-related matters Corporate and commercial disputes Legal notices and litigation Data protection and digital evidence The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of a matter from the initial complaint/notice through investigation, representation, negotiation and court proceedings wherever required. Bank Account Freeze & Lien Matters Handle cases involving freezing, debit restrictions, holds and liens placed on company bank accounts. Immediately investigate the legal basis and originating complaint behind any bank restriction. Liaise with banks, nodal officers, compliance teams, Cyber Crime Cells and investigating officers. Draft representations and applications seeking removal/reduction of lien or restoration of banking operations. Coordinate documentation required by banks and investigating authorities. Pursue appropriate legal remedies before competent authorities/courts where required. Maintain a complete matter-wise record of the amount frozen, authority requesting the freeze, complaint/FIR reference, investigating officer and status. Advise management on the commercial and legal implications of continuing restrictions. Cyber Crime Cell Complaints & Investigations Draft, file and follow up on complaints before Cyber Crime Cells. Handle matters involving online fraud, payment fraud, impersonation, unauthorized transactions and digital financial offences. Ensure appropriate preservation and submission of digital evidence. Cyber Fraud & Financial Crime Handle legal matters relating to:



Online payment fraud UPI/payment gateway fraud Employee/vendor financial fraud Digital impersonation Data theft Digital extortion, threats or blackmail Fraud involving company clients, vendors or employees Criminal Litigation & Police Matters Draft and file criminal complaints, representations and legal notices. Coordinate with external criminal advocates where court representation requires specialist counsel. Advise management regarding appropriate criminal and civil remedies. Corporate & Commercial Litigation Draft and review legal notices, replies and contractual correspondence. Handle recovery matters and commercial disputes. Advise on arbitration proceedings and contractual enforcement. Coordinate with external advocates for civil, commercial and High Court matters. Protect the company's interests in disputes involving contractual breaches. Data Protection & Digital Evidence Advise the company on protection of client, employee and business data. Assist in developing data breach response procedures. Ensure proper preservation of emails, WhatsApp communications, CCTV footage, transaction records and other digital evidence. Advise management on handling sensitive digital information during investigations. Healthcare & Aesthetics Legal Matters Review legal risks associated with healthcare and aesthetic services. Advise on consumer complaints and treatment-related disputes. Review advertising and promotional claims from a legal-risk perspective. Advise on applicable healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical and aesthetic regulatory requirements. Coordinate with specialist regulatory counsel whenever necessary. Emergency Legal Response The candidate will be expected to provide rapid legal intervention in critical matters , particularly: Company bank account freeze/lien Fraud involving company funds Employee theft or data theft Unauthorized possession of company assets Client/vendor fraud Criminal complaint against the company or its management For critical matters, the Legal Counsel should be capable of providing an initial legal assessment and recommended action plan within 24 hours . Mandatory Experience Candidates must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:



Bank account freezing/lien matters arising from cybercrime complaints De-freezing/unfreezing of bank accounts Financial/cyber fraud investigations Police complaints and criminal investigations Digital evidence and cybercrime proceedings Criminal litigation Corporate/commercial disputes General corporate legal experience alone will not be considered sufficient. LL.B. from a recognized university. Strong experience in criminal/cyber litigation. Additional certification in Cyber Law, Digital Forensics, Data Protection or Cybersecurity will be an advantage. Solid knowledge of Indian criminal and cyber laws. Excellent drafting and legal research skills. Strong understanding of banking and financial fraud procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with police authorities, banks and regulatory bodies. Commercial understanding of a growing business. Ability to independently handle matters with minimal supervision. Criminal litigation practices Banking/financial fraud matters Corporate litigation teams Law firms handling cyber and commercial disputes Companies with significant digital/payment operations Experience appearing before District Courts, High Courts and relevant police/cyber authorities will be an advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The performance of the Legal Counsel will be assessed on: # Speed of response to critical legal incidents. # Successful resolution of bank freeze/lien matters. # Reduction of legal and financial exposure to the company. # Timely filing and follow-up of complaints and representations. # Quality and accuracy of legal documentation. # Timely escalation of high-risk legal matters. # Maintenance of complete litigation and legal matter records. # Protection of the company's financial, digital and intellectual assets. Confidentiality & Trust Given the sensitive nature of the role, the Legal Counsel will have access to confidential information relating to the company's finances, clients, employees, investigations, banking relationships and business operations. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a lawyer who is not merely an advisor but a hands-on legal problem solver —someone who can receive a call stating: “The company's bank account has been frozen following a Cyber Crime complaint.” and immediately understand: What happened → who initiated the freeze → what legal documents are required → whom to approach → what representation needs to be filed → whether court intervention is required → and how to restore the company's banking operations as quickly as legally possible.
