You will play a key role in converting online leads into happy customers, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.Key Responsibilities:Call and engage with online clients who visit www.makoba.comFollow up with abandoned carts and convert interest into successful purchasesProvide expert guidance on product features, comparisons, and recommendationsUpsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase basket valueAct as a single point of contact for clients—before, during,
