DALOG helps cement, steel, mining, power, and O&G; plants prevent equipment failures through online condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and prescriptive analytics .We are looking for a technically strong, plant-oriented engineer who can work closely with customers and turn condition-monitoring insights into practical maintenance and reliability actions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer relationships and support plant reliability initiatives.Visit customer sites and work closely with maintenance, reliability, and production teams .Understand plant equipment, operating conditions, and maintenance challenges.Translate monitoring and diagnostic data into practical maintenance recommendations .Drive customer adoption, value realization, and system expansion opportunities.Act as the technical bridge between plant teams and DALOG's engineering experts .Support customers in identifying potential equipment issues before they become failures.Requirements✔ Engineering Degree – Mechanical,



Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field✔ 3+ years of experience in Cement, Steel, Mining, Power, O&G;, or similar heavy industries✔ Robust knowledge of rotating and critical plant equipment✔ Experience in Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Automation, or OEM Services✔ Comfortable working in industrial plant environments and undertaking frequent customer site visits⭐ Who We're Looking ForThis is a technical, plant-facing role .Candidates with hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and plant operations will be strongly preferred.If you enjoy working at the intersection of industrial equipment, reliability engineering, data, and customer interaction , we'd like to hear from you.
