Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. About the Role

We hire for what you've already done, not for a title. This posting maps to real work — searches like Sales Operations Executive, Revenue Operations Analyst, CRM Administrator, Marketing Operations Specialist — and we're looking for someone who has done this exact job before.

You've worked in sales ops at an Indian SaaS company running a US sales motion. 2–4 years of experience.



Hands-on GHL experience is a plus; HubSpot or Salesforce ops experience translates fine.

What You'll Own

● GoHighLevel (GHL) as the single source of truth for the pipeline

● Pipelines and automations

● Lead routing

● First-touch-to-closed-won attribution

● The Monday pipeline dashboard

● Making sure every AE has their deck, battlecard, and pricing sheet where they need it

What You Won't Own

● Sales strategy

● Quota

● Deal execution

How We'll Measure Success

Percentage of closed-won deals with traceable first-touch attribution.

How We'll Evaluate You

We'll give you our messy pipeline export and ask what's wrong with it. Valuable ops people find five problems in ten minutes.

Hiring Process
