Inside Sales Specialist Location : Mahadevapura, Whitefield, Bangalore Work Mode: On-site · 6 days/week, rotational (including weekends) Experience: 2–5 years Type: Full-time, 8:00 am - 10:30 pm (9-hour rotational shift) CTC Range : 3- 6.5 LPA Role Overview This role supports the water softener sales funnel by driving post-demo closures and managing end-to-end coordination. The Inside Sales Executive works closely with field sales, customer support, and operations to ensure qualified leads are converted and executed smoothly. Key Responsibilities Convert Leads: Follow up after demos, handle objections, and close pending deals. Manage Post-Demo Communication: Be the SPOC until order confirmation & installation. Own CRM & Documentation: Update Odoo accurately, share quotations, and ensure billing/order confirmation. Manage Order-to-Installation: Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Customer Success: Coordinate between the customer,
technical team & customer support to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile ~2–5 years of experience in inside sales or business development, with a proven track record of closing deals (not just following up). ~ Robust communication skills with high ownership, confident handling customer objections and driving decisions over phone and WhatsApp. ~ Detail-oriented and process-driven; comfortable managing quotations, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene without constant supervision. ~ Familiar with CRM tools (Odoo or similar); quick to learn systems and disciplined in updating lead status. ~ Organized, proactive, and able to balance revenue targets with cross-functional coordination (production, logistics, installation). ~ Comfortable being measured on closure rate, turnaround time, and customer experience.
