Event Designer - Experiential and Branding

About the Role

We’re looking for an Event Designer to own the visual design and creative execution of events across Indian and international markets.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who understands both design and the event ecosystem, who can independently take an event brief, develop a strong creative direction, and translate it into a premium, cohesive brand experience across digital, print, and on-ground touchpoints.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across B2B and B2C events, with the ability to create premium, brand-led experiences across both print and digital formats—from event concepts and booth branding to on-ground collateral and digital assets.

Note: The current opening is not for a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer role. Kindly read the details thoroughly before applying.

What We’re Looking For (Must-have)

- 3-6 years of experience in event design or a closely relevant design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B and B2C event design.
- Hands-on experience across print + digital event collateral.
- Strong understanding of event branding, booth/stall design, stage design, production requirements, and on-ground execution.
- Strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, layouts, and brand consistency.
- Ability to develop concepts beyond standard event collateral and create cohesive event visual systems.
- Robust communication and ability to articulate creative rationale.
- Experience working on Indian and international events is preferred.

What You’ll Do (Job Role)

- Develop creative concepts and visual systems for conferences, summits, expos, webinars, customer events, partner events, and internal events.
- Design end-to-end event collateral across print and digital, including stage backdrops,



booth designs, standees, invites, emailers, social creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, signage, agendas, and digital screens.
- Translate event objectives, audience, market, and brand guidelines into impactful design concepts.
- Adapt event creatives for Indian and international markets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, Events, Sales, and external vendors to execute creative concepts.
- Coordinate with print and production vendors to ensure quality, specifications, and timelines are met.
- Manage multiple event projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
