Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, digital marketing, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with SME owners, startup founders, CXOs and professional partners and Accelerators
Speak confidently with prospective clients to understand their requirements and schedule meetings for senior consultants.
Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
Create engaging marketing content
Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, networking events, and business forums.
Maintain CRM, track lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, investors, and strategic partners.
Coordinate with designers, digital marketing agencies, and content writers for branding initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident in speaking with business owners, founders, and senior executives.




Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Good writing skills for business communication and marketing content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of Canva, AI content tools, or basic graphic design will be an added advantage.
Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
Preferred Candidate
B.Com (Mandatory)
MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is preferred.
0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Client Acquisition.
Experience in consulting, CA firms, legal firms, financial services, B2B services, SaaS, or professional services will be preferred.
Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and digital marketing exposure may also apply.
