The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our interior design services, managing social media accounts, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Arise Electric’s client base in residential, commercial, and industrial segments. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and nurturing relationships with developers, contractors, facility managers, and industrial clients. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and mentor the sales team, set sales targets, track performance metrics, and collaborate with technical and operations teams to create tailored proposals and solutions. The role also requires market analysis, competitor tracking, and contributing to sales strategy, while upholding Arise Electric’s standards of quality, dependability, and integrity.
Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in electrical contracting, construction, engineering, or related industries.
Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand technical aspects of electrical systems and services, and collaborate effectively with engineering and project teams.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring sales staff, managing teams, and driving performance through clear goals and feedback.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and support long-term partnerships.
Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools or sales reporting systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Bengaluru and broader Indian electrical or construction market, including key players and industry trends.
