We are looking for a motivated and analytically driven law student or recent graduate with a keen interest in the financial services sector to join our Litigation Team for a 6-month internship.
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing corporate litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Support exchange arbitration proceedings involving financial market participants.
Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, briefs, and litigation updates.
Assist with criminal, commercial, and regulatory disputes.
Support the handling of insurance claims and recovery matters.
Assist on employment and HR-related legal issues, including disciplinary and workplace matters.
Coordinate with external counsel, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Review court filings, pleadings, notices, and legal correspondence.
