About the Role

n

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and results-driven Tele Sales Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and proven experience in lead generation, customer persuasion, and sales closing.

Key Responsibilities

n

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and other sales channels.

n





Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements.

n

Effectively communicate product/service benefits and address customer queries.

n

Use solid persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into customers.

n

Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers.

n

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

n

Maintain accurate customer and lead records using MS Office and other software.

n

Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements

n

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.

n

Strong lead generation, persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.

n

Proficient in MS Word, MS Office, and other relevant software.

n

Smart, confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.

n

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

n

Comfortable working from our Mumbai office.
