Zvani AI builds voice AI agents that handle real phone conversations — inbound support, outbound outreach, qualification, follow-ups — for businesses that still run on calls. We're a small, fast-moving team shipping production systems with a real telephony core, not a demo wrapper. Our customers hear the difference on every call.
The role
You'll be one of the first commercial hires. That means you're not inheriting a playbook — you're writing it. You'll talk to prospects, figure out what actually makes them buy, and build the motion that scales.
What you'll do
Own outbound prospecting: build target lists, run outreach sequences, book and run discovery calls
Take demos end-to-end and support deals through to close
Write and ship marketing content — LinkedIn posts, case studies, landing page copy, email campaigns
Run and report on campaigns; tell us what's working and kill what isn't
Sit close to the product team and bring customer signal back into the roadmap
What we're looking for
2–3 years in B2B sales, growth,



or marketing (SaaS or tech preferred)
Strong written and spoken English; Hindi/Marathi a plus for the Indian market
Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing "no" — often
Curious about AI. You don't need a technical background, but you should want to understand what you're selling
Self-directed. Remote works here because we hire people who don't need chasing
