Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designing and Project Manager role based in Mumbai. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing layouts and presentations, and coordinating space planning and interior design details in alignment with client requirements and brand standards. The professional will oversee construction drawings, liaise with architects, contractors, and vendors, and manage FF&E; selection, procurement, and installation. Day-to-day responsibilities include site visits, quality checks, timeline and budget tracking,



and resolving design or execution issues to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet agreed specifications. The role also requires regular client meetings, documentation of project progress, and collaboration with internal team members to maintain design consistency and project efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture understanding to develop functional layouts and design solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience managing end-to-end interior projects, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp,3DS MAX, or similar tools).
- Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, handle multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
