Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Intune & JAMF Architect with 8+ years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Jamf Pro . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing Apple and Windows devices, ensuring endpoint security, software deployment, compliance, automation, and delivering Level 2 operational support. The role will be part of the Managed Services team responsible for providing secure, compliant, and effective endpoint management services across the customer's environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Level 3 Support & Managed Services
Provide Level 3 support for Mac and Windows endpoint management incidents.
Troubleshoot device management, patching, software deployment, configuration, compliance, and reporting issues.
Collaborate with the Customer's Level 3 teams for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Deliver services following ITIL v4 best practices.
Support 24x5 shift-based operations.
Device Management
Jamf Administration
Administer and maintain the Jamf Pro environment.
Manage the complete lifecycle of Apple devices including:
MacBooks
iPhones
iPads
Apple TVs
Configure and manage:
Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP)
Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Configuration Profiles
Policies
Smart Groups
Package, deploy, and maintain macOS applications.
Manage software deployment through Jamf Self Service.
Manage application licensing and updates.
Troubleshoot Jamf policies and software deployment issues.
Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Manager
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune environments.
Administer Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Configure device enrollment methods including:
Windows Autopilot
BYOD
Corporate-owned devices
Manage:
Configuration Profiles
Compliance Policies
Security Baselines
Device Enrollment Manager (DEM)
Deploy, update,



and troubleshoot applications using Intune.
Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment.
Configure Conditional Access policies with Microsoft Entra ID.
Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and security posture.
Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
Create reports using:
Intune Reporting
Endpoint Analytics
Log Analytics
Security & Compliance
Enforce endpoint security policies for Apple and Windows devices.
Implement:
FileVault Encryption
BitLocker Management
Password Policies
Security Baselines
Endpoint Security Policies
Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Perform OS patch management and vulnerability remediation.
Monitor endpoint compliance and generate security reports.
Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives.
Patch Management & Policy Enforcement
Perform endpoint patching as approved by the customer.
Improve compliance through standardized patch management processes.
Implement and maintain endpoint policies.
Ensure policy enforcement across managed devices.
User Experience
Monitor user experience using customer-provided tools.
Identify opportunities to improve end-user experience.
Recommend process and technical improvements.
Problem Management
Perform trend analysis of support tickets.
Identify recurring issues and automation opportunities.
Support continuous service improvement initiatives.
Automation & Scripting
Develop and maintain automation solutions using:
PowerShell
Microsoft Graph API
Bash
Shell Scripting
Python (Preferred)
AppleScript (Optional)

Automating device provisioning
Automating configuration management
Integrating Jamf with enterprise systems and workflows
Application Management
Package and deploy macOS applications.
Manage software distribution through Self Service.
Manage application updates and licensing.
Troubleshoot application deployment issues.
Documentation
Maintain technical documentation.
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain Knowledge Base articles.
