The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid grasp of tax laws, accounting standards, and cross-border advisory. Following are some of the major responsibilities: Manage direct and international tax compliance, including return filings, TDS, tax audits, and representation before tax authorities. Handle indirect tax (GST) matters such as return filings, input credit reconciliation, advisory on applicability, and departmental audits or notices. Assist with statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely finalization of accounts and adherence to applicable accounting standards.
