Trainee – Founder's Office (Trainee)5 days a week Location: Noida | Work from Office We're looking for a sharp, motivated Trainee to join our Founder's Office. This is a high-exposure role where you'll work directly with the Founder and leadership team, getting a front-row view of how the business runs day to day. What you'll do: Manage schedules, communication, and day-to-day coordination Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents Coordinate with different teams and follow up on ongoing tasks Track projects and make sure things get done on time Support research, planning, and other priority tasks Work with different people across the business, including candidates, clients, and internal teams Take ownership of tasks and step in wherever support is needed No two days will look the same,
so adaptability and a willingness to learn are important. What we're looking for: Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline Strong written and verbal communication Valuable organisational and follow-up skills Comfortable with tools like Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn Comfortable working with different people and managing multiple priorities Prior experience is not required - the right attitude and willingness to take ownership matter most This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who wants to understand how a company is built, work closely with leadership, and grow quickly alongside the team.
