Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalog Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in catalog management and e-commerce operations, along with the ability to work across multiple platforms and teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, and experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart is highly desirable.



Familiarity with managing and updating brand websites will be a strong advantage. This role requires someone who can handle shifting priorities, multitask effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in managing and updating the brand’s official website catalog
Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.)
Ensure accurate and consistent product including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications
Coordinate with internal teams to gather product content, inventory updates, images followup and pricing details
Monitor, audit, and maintain catalog accuracy and completeness across platforms
Use Excel efficiently for bulk uploads, data cleaning, and performance tracking
Identify and resolve listing errors, mismatches, or content gaps promptly
Stay up-to-date with marketplace content guidelines and compliance requirements
Adapt to energetic product updates, changing priorities, and cross-functional requests
Strong communication coordination skills with advance Excel.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in Catalogue magt, Product Listing and Marketplace guidelines
Preferably experience across sportswear, activewear, athleisure or fashion.
Understanding of integrating tech wherevere applicable
