Position Overview

We're looking for a Head of Change Management who is passionate about building and leading the function that drives successful technology adoption for global enterprises.

You'll own the enterprise-wide change management strategy, methodology, and team, ensuring seamless transition to ORO's procurement solutions across our largest and most complex client implementations.

This position is ideal for someone who blends strategic leadership with deep hands-on expertise—someone who can build and scale a change management function from the ground up, act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, and set the standard for change practice across the organization.

You'll sit at the intersection of Implementation, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, setting the vision for how ORO and its clients approach change, while building and mentoring a team to execute against it.

What You'll Do

- Define and own the enterprise-wide change management vision,

methodology, and governance standards across client implementations and internal initiatives.
- Build, lead, and scale a change management function/team, setting hiring standards, best practices, and career development paths.
- Partner with executive leadership to embed change management as a core discipline from pre-sales through post-go-live, influencing how ORO structures and sells transformation engagements.
- Own stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations for the organization's largest and most complex client engagements.
- Identify enterprise-level change risks across the client portfolio and drive mitigation strategies, escalating and resolving systemic adoption challenges.
- Own and continuously evolve ORO's Change Management Toolkit, including readiness scorecards, sponsorship roadmaps, coaching plans, user journey maps, and training frameworks.
- Set the strategy for change communication across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and quality across all client and internal programs.
- Define and report on organization-wide KPIs for change success, adoption, satisfaction, and value realization to executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary trusted advisor for ORO's most strategic clients, including C-level stakeholders.
- Build and lead training and mentorship programs for internal and client teams on ORO's change methodology and tools.
- Represent ORO's change management practice externally through thought leadership—white papers, case studies, conference speaking,

and executive client presentations.

What We're Looking For

- 15+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, or Organizational Development, with 5+ years in a Head-of-function or senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record building and scaling a change management function or team, ideally from the ground up.
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, procurement, finance, or ERP ecosystems, ideally across multiple client engagements or industries.
- Deep expertise designing, implementing, and evolving end-to-end change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) at an enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated executive presence—proven ability to advise and influence C-level and senior leadership stakeholders internally and at client organizations.
- Strong track record in user journey design, persona mapping, and training program development at scale.
- Ability to operate strategically while staying close enough to execution to unblock complex, high-stakes engagements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills, with experience representing the function externally.

Preferred:

- Prosci / CCMP or similar change management certification
- Consulting background (Big 4 or management consulting)
- Deep understanding of procurement processes (P2P, S2C)
- Experience leading global change programs across distributed, multi-region teams

Why Work with Us?

- Join a cutting-edge SaaS company shaping the future of AI-driven enterprise procurement.
- Be the key architect of ORO Labs’ growing IP portfolio.
- Work with global innovators and thought leaders.
- Enjoy a versatile, growth-oriented, and innovation-driven work culture.
- Play a pivotal role in securing the intellectual foundation of ORO Labs’ long-term success
