Key Responsibilities

n

Financial Planning & Forecasting

n

n
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlook processes.
n
- Prepare revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and operating profit forecasts.
n
- Drive monthly and quarterly reforecast exercises with business stakeholders.
n
- Develop business plans, growth scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
n
- Track financial performance against budget and forecast.
n

Business Performance Management

n

n
- Analyze P&L; performance for service lines, geographies, accounts, and delivery units.
n
- Monitor key KPIs including: Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Utilization & Etc.
n

n

Deal Pricing & Commercial Support

n

n
- Support large deal reviews and commercial evaluations.
n
- Review pricing models, resource mix, and profitability assumptions.
n
- Analyze deal margins, investment requirements, and risk-return trade-offs.
n
- Partner with sales and delivery teams during bid response and pricing approvals.
n




- Ensure compliance with internal profitability thresholds.
n

Revenue & Margin Management

n

n
- Monitor project-level and account-level profitability.
n
- Evaluate revenue leakage and margin erosion risks.
n
- Drive corrective actions on low-margin programs and strategic accounts.
n
- Review realization, billing efficiency, and delivery productivity metrics.
n

n

Financial Analysis & Decision Support

n

n
- Conduct variance analysis against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
n
- Provide actionable insights to business leaders.
n
- Build financial models for strategic initiatives.
n
- Support business cases for investments, acquisitions, and transformation programs.
n
- Perform scenario analysis and what-if simulations.
n

n

Management Reporting

n

n
- Prepare monthly business review (MBR), quarterly business review (QBR), and board-level finance presentations.
n
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting packs.
n
- Communicate financial risks and opportunities clearly to leadership teams.
n

n

Education

n

n
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
