A Creative Director is expeceted to lead the visual and narrative brand strategy, driving user acquisition and translating complex medical or wellness concepts into engaging digital campaigns.

Role Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision: Define and scale the overall creative and brand vision across all paid and organic channels.
Performance Marketing: Partner with growth and data teams to produce high-volume, data-driven performance creative (videos, ads, carousels) for platforms like Meta and Google.
Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage cross-functional creative pods, including copywriters, designers, and video producers.
Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing messaging remains medically or regulatory compliant without sacrificing emotional resonance or creative excellence.
Production Workflows:



Build scalable production systems, templates, and sprint-based review cadences to accelerate speed to market.

Key Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years in creative roles with leadership experience in a digital-first, D2C, or high-growth startup workplace.
Data Fluency: Comfort reading performance dashboards (CPA, hook rates, CTR) and translating insights into actionable creative tests.
Portfolio: Proven track record of high-converting performance creative and strong brand storytelling.
Healthcare Acumen: Deep understanding of health tech, wellness, or pharmaceutical consumer behavior and regulatory landscapes.
