Role Overview

n

We are looking for a highly analytical and structured Program Manager/ Sr. Program Manager –

n

Sales Special Projects & COE to drive cross-functional programs, build scalable processes, and

n

institutionalize operational excellence across the organization.

n

This role is ideal for someone from a Tier-1 engineering/tech background (IITs, NITs, BITs) or

n

tier-1 MBA programs , who has experience in driving cross functional initiatives,

n

process design, business operations, process excellence or program management roles, either

n

within high-growth startups or top-tier consulting firms.

n

You will work closely with business leaders, founders, and functional heads to solve complex

n

problems, improve efficiency, and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Strategic Initiatives and Program Management

n

● Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution

n

● Define scope, timelines, milestones, and measurable success metrics

n

● Enable stakeholder management and alignment across Sales, Ops, Product, Tech, and

n

Support functions

n

● Drive closure and accountability across teams

n

n

2. Process Design, Optimization and Process Excellence

n

● Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across functions

n





● Design and implement scalable SOPs and governance frameworks

n

● Standardize workflows across cities and business verticals

n

● Drive automation and system improvements in collaboration with Tech

n

n

3. Data & Analytics-Led Decision Making

n

● Build dashboards and tracking frameworks for leadership

n

● Use data to diagnose operational bottlenecks and performance trends

n

● Translate insights into actionable business recommendations

n

● Establish metric discipline and reporting cadence across teams

n

n

4. Governance & Review Mechanisms

n

● Institutionalize weekly/monthly review cadences

n

● Ensure data integrity and performance visibility

n

● Create accountability frameworks across teams

n

n

Ideal Candidate Profile

n

● 2-4 years of experience in:

n

○ Founder’s office / Strategy & Operations / Chief of Staff / Program Management

n

roles in high-growth start-ups

n

○ Consulting / Strategy roles

n

● Tier 1 engineering/tech or MBA backgrounds preferred

n

● Strong analytical mindset with comfort working on large datasets

n

● Excellent problem-structuring and hypothesis-driven thinking

n

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders

n

● Strong ownership mindset with bias for action

n

● Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

n
