About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and sales growth. You will connect with hot leads, manage prospects, understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and convert opportunities into customers .

Key Responsibilities:

n

n

n
- Connect with hot leads , qualify prospects, and manage leads through calls and digital channels.
n
- Conduct sales calls and product presentations while understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
n
- Follow up consistently with prospects, address objections, and drive conversions.
n
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM while tracking sales activities.
n
- Build strong customer relationships, ensure a positive customer experience, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

What We're Looking For:

n

n

n
- 1–4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, EdTech, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, sales, negotiation,



and persuasion skills with strong follow-up abilities.
n
- Customer-focused, performance-driven, and comfortable handling sales calls and customer objections .
n
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace ; CRM experience is an added advantage.
n
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn, grow, and build a career in sales.
