Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior TA Partner to steer our hiring engine. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles while simultaneously driving senior stakeholder conversations. Your goal is to build a diverse, high-performing workforce that scales with our 2026 growth commitments.
1. Strategic Talent Advisory
● Partner with Department Heads (Category, Revenue, Sales, Ops) for role fulfillment,



identify gaps in high aging requisitions & partner as a talent advisor with business partners / teams.
● Act as a subject matter expert on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
2. Full-Cycle Execution (High-Stakes Roles)
● Leverage advanced sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn (Github, Slack communities, AI-driven sourcing tools).
● Deliver the best candidate experience, ensuring every applicant—hired or not—becomes a brand advocate.
3. Data & Technology
● Oversee the health of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and AI integration tools. Leverage ATS & organic pull of candidates to fulfill all open roles.
● Use of AI in mapping requirements & market intelligence that can be utilised to guide business in niche hiring.
Who are we looking for ?
Experience :
-6+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years in hiring for Sales or revenue generating bulk roles.
-Tech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and AI-sourcing assistants.
-Soft Skills: Exceptional "persuasion" skills—you can navigate complex counter-offers and "sell" the company vision to passive candidates.
-Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into data to find out why a certain stage of the funnel is leaking candidates.
-Education:



Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
Skills & Competencies:
-Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
-Solid interpersonal and communication skills (story telling) with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
-Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with high autonomy and accountability.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Suite.
Presentation skills (PPT making).
Language Proficiency: English fluency.
