About the Role
We are looking for Sales Executives to join our growing team.
This is an entry-level opportunity and freshers are welcome. We will provide training on our products, sales processes and business operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence and a willingness to learn. Candidates with B.Pharm or D.Pharm qualifications will be preferred, but graduates from other disciplines are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, distributors and business partners.
- Communicate product information and business opportunities clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities.
- Support sales, distribution and franchise-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Work towards assigned sales and follow-up targets.
- Continuously learn about pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm candidates will be preferred.
- Graduates from other disciplines are also eligible.
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Good confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and business partners.
- Comfortable working full time from our Panchkula office.
