Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Styling Intern

Traineeship Tenure: 6 months (with the possibility of securing a full-time role post completion, based on performance)

Location: Andheri- Mumbai

Stipend Offered: Yes

Working Mode: 5 days working, from office (On-site)

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

1. Pre-Production Support

n

• Assist in creating moodboards, style references, and look directions for upcoming shoots.

n

• Research current trends, brand tones, and visual inspirations relevant to the project.

n

• Support in preparing styling breakdowns, lookbooks, and character/style guides.

n

2. Sourcing & Coordination

n

• Assist the styling team in sourcing garments, accessories, shoes, and props.

n

• Coordinate with designers, stores, PR agencies, rental services, and vendors.

n

• Manage pick-ups, drop-offs, courier coordination, and inventory tracking.

n

3. Shoot-Day Assistance

n

• Support the lead stylist in dressing talent, maintaining continuity, and organizing looks.

n

• Ensure garments stay clean, steamed, and shoot-ready throughout the day.

n

• Manage last-minute styling needs, alterations, and quick fixes during the shoot.

n

• Maintain a neat and organized wardrobe area on set.

n

4. Post-Shoot Responsibilities

n

• Assist in cataloguing items,



repacking, and managing returns with vendors and brands.

n

• Help with documentation of credits, look details, and vendor acknowledgments.

n

• Track expenses, bills, and rental documentation for production reporting.

n

5. Documentation & Organization

n

• Maintain styling logs, looklists, references, and vendor databases.

n

• Help manage a styling archive and internal library of looks and accessories.

n

• Support the team in creating styling decks for internal and client presentation.

n

Skills & Competencies:

n

• Strong eye for fashion, color, silhouettes, and visual aesthetics.

n

• Basic knowledge of apparel, styling trends, and garment types.

n

• Valuable communication and coordination skills.

n

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

n

• Must be proactive, organized, and comfortable working on-ground.

n

• Basic sewing/altering knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

n

Eligibility & Qualifications:

n

• Students or recent graduates in Fashion Design, Styling, Fashion Communication, or related fields. • Prior internship experience in styling, fashion shoots, or production is a plus.

n

• A small styling portfolio or moodboard samples are preferred.
