We are building a network of medical specialists who collaborate with AI companies to train and improve advanced medical AI systems. We are looking for practising surgeons who can contribute clinical expertise and help create medically accurate, high-quality surgical training data.

What you will do:

•⁠ ⁠Contribute or review eligible de-identified surgical cases through an approved process.

•⁠ ⁠Connect the surgical recording with relevant preoperative scans and reports, clinical notes, operative findings,

pathology and postoperative outcome.

•⁠ ⁠Identify important anatomy, abnormal or suspected malignant tissue, procedural steps and areas of clinical uncertainty.

•⁠ ⁠Explain the clinical reasoning linking preoperative findings, the surgical action and the final outcome.

Who should apply:

•⁠ ⁠Practising surgical oncologists and surgeons who currently perform cancer-related procedures.

•⁠ ⁠Specialists across head and neck, gastrointestinal, colorectal, hepatobiliary, breast, gynaecological, urological, thoracic and other cancer surgery areas.

•⁠ ⁠Surgeons using open, laparoscopic, robotic, endoscopic or microscope-assisted techniques.

•⁠ ⁠Doctors with existing surgical recordings or the ability to record future procedures with required permissions.

For the de-identified case route, the case should include a short surgical clip, relevant preoperative scan or report, preoperative or operative note, pathology report and postoperative or discharge note.

Minimum surgical video standard: 1920 x 1080 resolution, 30 frames per second. Only a 60 to 120 second MP4 clip is needed for the initial assessment.

Engagement:

This is a adaptable, paid, project-based opportunity. Selected doctors may begin with a small pilot and move into recurring case contribution, clinical annotation or expert-review work. Compensation will be based on the scope and completeness of accepted work.

The form requires one de-identified surgical case sample containing:

•⁠ ⁠One surgical video, minimum 1080p and 30 fps

•⁠ ⁠At least one document showing the preoperative context

•⁠ ⁠At least one document showing the postoperative outcome

You may also include scans, investigation reports, anesthesia records, operative notes, pathology reports, discharge summaries and follow-up notes. Additional documentation is optional but encouraged. More complete cases will receive priority for higher-value paid projects.

Do not upload patient names, faces, voices, hospital IDs or other direct identifiers. Only submit material you are authorized to share.
