- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production based on orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare production plans and allocate work across different production sections.
- Monitor production progress and ensure targets are achieved on time.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize production flow and minimize idle time and delays.
