We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with expertise in recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, including Network Engineers, IT Support Engineers, Java Developers, .NET Developers, Python Developers, DevOps Engineers, SAP Consultants, Oracle Professionals, and QA Testing Specialists . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and possess strong capabilities in evaluating technical talent through structured screening methodologies, technical assessments, and close collaboration with hiring managers and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Handle contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT staffing requirements for US-based clients.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting client expectations and recruitment KPIs.
Technical Skill Assessment
Conduct structured technical screenings using competency-based questionnaires, evaluation scorecards, and role-specific assessment frameworks.
Coordinate coding assessments, technical evaluations, GitHub reviews, and live problem-solving sessions where applicable.
Partner with hiring managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts to define role-specific competencies and evaluation criteria.
Validate candidates' technical expertise by assessing project experience, architecture involvement, troubleshooting capabilities, testing methodologies, and deployment practices.
Differentiate genuine technical expertise from keyword-driven resumes through in-depth discussions and technical validation techniques.
Talent Sourcing
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking communities, and advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques.
Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill technology positions.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and hiring velocity.
Stakeholder Management
Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and success criteria.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, hiring challenges, candidate availability, and market conditions.
Candidate Experience
Deliver a positive and skilled candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Prepare candidates for interviews through role briefings and interview coaching.
Ensure timely communication and feedback at every stage of the hiring process.
Data Management & Compliance
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare and present weekly recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, offers, closures, and pipeline status.
Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations, client policies, data privacy standards, and internal recruitment guidelines.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, technology landscapes, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to clients and hiring managers.
Monitor competitor hiring activities and emerging skill demands.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing.
Proven experience recruiting for roles including:
Network Engineers
IT Support Engineers
Java Developers
.NET Developers
Python Developers
DevOps Engineers (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
SAP Consultants (Functional and Technical Modules)
Oracle Developers, DBAs, and PL/SQL Professionals
QA Engineers (Manual and Automation Testing)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms, testing methodologies, and enterprise applications.
Demonstrated ability to assess and validate technical competencies through screening interviews and technical discussions.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and advanced Boolean/X-ray sourcing techniques.
Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, including W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
Good understanding of work authorization categories such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities with a metrics-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or TrackerRMS.
Experience recruiting for emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Automation.
