Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning and executing the studio’s social media strategy across platforms, including content calendars, post scheduling, and real-time engagement. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, and the creative team to curate visual and written content, optimize posts for reach and engagement, and maintain brand consistency. Daily tasks include monitoring analytics, responding to messages and comments, managing campaigns, coordinating with clients for feature posts, and exploring new trends to grow the studio’s online presence.



The role also includes supporting basic copywriting for captions, assisting with influencer or partner collaborations, and reporting performance insights to guide future strategy.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific strategies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging captions and interact professionally with clients and followers.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop calendars, align messaging with brand goals, and adapt content for different platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, basic photo/video editing, and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube is beneficial.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a creative studio environment is required.
