We are looking for an experienced Retail Head to lead and scale our retail business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in multi-store retail operations, sales, inventory management, team leadership, and business growth, preferably in mobiles or consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities

n

* Drive overall retail sales, revenue, profitability & store-wise targets.

n

* Lead and manage multi-store retail operations and ensure SOP compliance.

n

* Manage Store Managers, Sales Executives & retail teams and drive productivity.

n

* Monitor inventory, stock ageing, stock movement & reconciliation.

n

* Work closely with Procurement, QC & Warehouse teams to maintain the right product mix and availability.

n

* Drive customer experience, conversion, upselling & repeat business.

n

* Track key metrics such as sales, margins, ATV, conversion, inventory turnover & store productivity.

n

* Analyze market trends,



competitor pricing and customer demand.

n

* Identify opportunities for new store expansion and business growth.

n

* Build scalable retail processes and continuously improve store performance.

n

What We’re Looking For

n

* 8-12 years of experience in Retail / Consumer Electronics / Mobile / Refurbished Business.

n

* Strong experience managing multiple stores and large teams.

n

* Good understanding of retail P&L;, sales, inventory & profitability.

n

* Solid leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

n

* Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Strong Business Planning and strategic thinking skills, with experience in developing and implementing regional retail growth plans.
n
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales, customer, and operational data, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
n
- Proven expertise in Retail operations, including store management, merchandising, and customer experience in a multi-store environment.
n
- Demonstrated success in Sales leadership, target setting, and revenue growth within consumer electronics or related sectors.
n
- Effective Team Management capabilities, including leading diverse teams, coaching managers, and building a performance-driven culture.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
n
- Experience in the smartphone, laptop, or consumer electronics market, ideally in refurbished or value-focused segments, is an advantage.
n
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
