Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various Virtual Assistant and support roles. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure timely staffing for client accounts. Daily tasks include managing recruitment pipelines, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments,



and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. The role also involves building employer branding initiatives, strengthening talent networks, and continuously improving recruitment strategies to support business growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing, including structured interviews and assessment-based selection.
Experience in Employer Branding, talent marketing, and building candidate pipelines.
Prior experience in recruiting for virtual or remote roles, BPO, staffing, or professional services is preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfort with using ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, social media, qualified networks).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or recruiting are an advantage.
Previous recruitment experience within the VA, BPO, KPO, Staffing, Recruitment or Outsourcing industry is highly preferred
