Position: Outreach Executive

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology invites applications from agile, motivated, and suitable candidates for the position of Outreach Executive .

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and implement outreach activities to promote the Institute and its academic programmes.
n
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, educational counsellors, and other stakeholders for student outreach.
n
- Conduct and coordinate school/college visits, seminars, career counselling sessions, webinars, and promotional events.
n
- Generate and maintain prospective student leads and ensure regular follow-up.
n
- Assist in admission campaigns, education fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
n
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, leads, and conversions.
n




- Travel to different locations for outreach activities as required.
n

Qualification & Experience

n

n
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
n
- Candidates with experience in admissions, student outreach, business development, counselling, education marketing, or institutional outreach will be preferred.
n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills.
n
- Ability to travel and work independently as well as in a team.
n
- Candidates with experience in an educational institution/university will be preferred.
n
