We are looking for a Financial Counsellor to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment costs and payment options.
Explain hospital packages, estimates, billing procedures, and financial policies.
Coordinate with Billing, Accounts, Insurance, and TPA departments.
Assist patients with insurance/TPA claims and documentation.
Handle cashless and reimbursement-related queries.
Follow up on approvals, pending payments, and claim-related issues.
Maintain accurate patient financial records.
Provide professional and empathetic support to patients and their families.




Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hospital billing, insurance, and TPA processes.
Solid patient counselling and relationship management skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Previous hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA / Hospital Management / Healthcare Management preferred.
