We are currently hiring for a real estate firm that focuses on luxury high-rises catering to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI). Candidates must have a background in real estate and be able to understand customer walk-ins, conversion ratios (CP ratio), and conflict resolution.

The interview process consists of three rounds held on different days, but all will be in-person interviews. If you are not willing to attend a personal interview, we will not be able to proceed with your application for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)

Location: Project Site – Mumbai

Function: Sales Office / Client Relations

Salary: As per industry standards

Scope & Accountabilities

- Act as the first point of contact for walk‑in clients and brokers.
- Assist with walk‑in forms and escort clients to waiting areas.
- Assign sales managers on a ROTA basis as approved by the site head.
- Handle pantry and stationery stock management.




- Ensure clients are attended promptly with accurate project details.
- Respond to client queries in person or in writing.
- Maintain customer enquiry updates, database, and MIS.
- Oversee basic housekeeping and guest arrangements (tea/coffee, lounge setup).
- Conduct after‑sales follow‑ups and handle grievances/complaints.
- Ensure proper sitting arrangements in meeting rooms and conference areas.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide support as required.

Competencies / Key Attributes

- Proficiency in Excel & MS Office
- Solid communication skills
- Team player with a professional demeanor

Target Profile

- Education: H.Sc / Graduate in any field;
fluent in English
- Experience: 1–4 years in Real Estate (preferably premium builders) OR luxury sales (premium automobile showroom, hospitality, lifestyle retail)
- Well‑groomed, polished personality with an affinity for luxury client service
- Experience in SFDC (Salesforce) will be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel across Western Suburbs
