Role Description

The Artist Manager at MUSICAL DREAMS is an immediate-hire, full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Artist Manager will oversee day-to-day coordination of artists’ schedules, rehearsals, performances, and promotional activities. Responsibilities include negotiating and managing contracts, liaising with venues and event organizers, and ensuring all logistical and technical requirements are met for shows and appearances. The role involves developing career strategies for artists, managing brand positioning, and coordinating marketing and social media efforts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Artist Manager will also maintain regular communication with artists, resolve operational issues, track performance outcomes, and prepare reports on bookings,



revenue, and audience growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in artist management, talent management, event management, or a closely related field.
- Solid skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management with artists, venues, and partners.
- Ability to plan and coordinate schedules, logistics, and contracts with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of music industry practices, performance booking processes, and basic marketing and promotion concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to artists and clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving under time pressure.
- Comfort using productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, scheduling software) and social media platforms for artist promotion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Music Management, Entertainment Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, including evenings and weekends when required for events and performances.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful working environment.
