We’re looking for an energetic and organised Account Executive who is equal parts client partner, project manager, vendor coordinator, and social-media native. If you love making things happen, know what’s moving on social before it becomes a trend report - this could be your role.

What you’ll do

- Support the clients and creative team in delivering integrated campaigns for F&B; brands.
- Be the day-to-day link between clients, internal teams, creators, production partners, and vendors.
- Build timelines, track deliverables, manage feedback, and keep projects on schedule and on budget.
- Coordinate vendors, creators, influencers, production partners, and external teams.
- Help plan, create, publish, and manage social-media content for Adtomica and client campaigns.
- Stay close to social, culture, and digital trends; turn relevant insights into ideas the team can act on.
- Assist with campaign decks, reports, client presentations, and post-campaign learnings.
- Ensure every detail is handled well: briefs,



approvals, estimates, status updates, invoices, and final deliverables.

What you’ll bring

- 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination, social media, or a creative/digital agency environment.
- Exceptional organisation and follow-through; you enjoy bringing order to fast-moving work.
- Strong written and spoken English, with clear, confident client communication.
- A genuine interest in social media, creator culture, digital marketing, and great creative work.
- Experience coordinating vendors, production, talent, or multiple stakeholders is a strong advantage.
- Comfort with presentations, spreadsheets, trackers, and project-management tools.
- A proactive, solutions-first attitude. You don’t wait to be told what needs doing.
