Coordination with Engineering for submission of Drawings and other engineering documents to customer.
Getting drawing approval from customer.
Claim submission and negotiation with customer.
Cost and overall milestone monitoring throughout the order execution.
Close coordination with Operations and logistic for scheduling of order inspection.
Coordination with customer for Inspection and dispatch related activities.
Coordination for Post dispatch supervision / service activities.
Escalation management which includes handling communication with higher management internally and at customer end.
