- Lead the Business Unit Operations and manage capabilities such as Medical Coding, Clinical Data Management and Patience Access to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement and operational excellence.
- Take end-to-end ownership of operations, delivering services that are aligned to meet customer goals and success including contractual commitments.
- Manage the P&L; to drive financial performance that meets and exceeds budgets; actively participate in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process.
