We at HGS, looking for IT recruiters for our digital hiring units. Incumbent to play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and fitment
offer negotiation, salary fitment, selling EVPs
Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the company
Qualifications




Bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in recruitment, in IT Space (Development, Infra, Cyber Security or AI hiring experience)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
