We are looking for a passionate and target-driven B2C Sales Executive with experience in the Travel and Visa industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting directly with customers, understanding their travel and visa requirements, providing suitable solutions, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert inbound and outbound customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements related to visa, travel packages, and other travel services.
- Provide appropriate solutions and guide customers through the sales process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximise conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth processing and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively to drive conversions.
- Stay updated with visa requirements, travel destinations, and company offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in the Travel, Tourism, Visa, or Immigration industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Experience in handling customer leads and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of visa processes and travel services will be preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
