You will work closely with business leaders, founders, and functional heads to solve complex
Standardize workflows across cities and business verticals
● Data & Analytics-Led Decision Making
● Use data to diagnose operational bottlenecks and performance trends
● Translate insights into actionable business recommendations
● Partner with senior business leaders to understand priorities
● Ensure data integrity and performance visibility
● 3–6 years of experience in:
○ Founder’s office / Strategy & Operations / Chief of Staff / Program Management roles in high growth start-ups
○ Tier 1 engineering/tech or MBA backgrounds preferred
