We Are Hiring | Assistant Manager – Planning We are looking for an experienced Planning Professional to support planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for Buildings & Factories projects .
Key Requirements:
Experience: 9–12 years
Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
Robust experience in Primavera P6 – Mandatory
Knowledge of MS Project, Project Scheduling, Monitoring & Controls
Experience in Delay Analysis, EOT, S-Curves, MIS & Progress Reporting
Exposure to Buildings, Factories, Industrial, Commercial, Manufacturing Facilities, Warehouses or Data Centers
Knowledge of EVM, Power BI and advanced MS Excel preferred
Willingness to travel to project sites for reviews and monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor project schedules and baselines
Track project progress and identify delays/risks
Prepare recovery and catch-up plans
Generate MIS, dashboards and progress reports
Support delay analysis and EOT claims
Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement and site teams
