Provide in office support for POS, hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install and configure POS machines, switches, routers, printers, laptops, desktops, and

peripherals.

Install Windows OS and troubleshoot basic Windows/Linux issues.

Troubleshoot printers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, and other POS

peripherals.

Diagnose hardware, software, network, connectivity, and power-related issues.

Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, and network troubleshooting.

Lay, crimp, terminate, and patch Ethernet/network cables.

Test systems after installation or repair.

Respond to service requests and coordinate with internal teams when required.

Maintain service records and complete assigned requests within timelines.

Travel to client locations as required.
