As a Patient Care Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients. Your role is vital in providing compassionate care and support throughout their treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, keeping accurate records to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Medical Records Handling: Assist in updating and managing patient records, ensuring all information is kept confidential and organized.
- Support Healthcare Staff: Collaborate with doctors and nurses to provide the necessary support, including relaying patient information and coordinating care.
- Patient Education: Provide clear information to patients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary follow-up care, ensuring they understand their health needs.
- Handling Queries:
Address any questions or concerns from patients, directing them to appropriate channels when necessary.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess a strong desire to help others. Good communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting directly with patients and healthcare professionals. A basic understanding of medical terminology is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates should be eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
