CX Technical Consultant - Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Area(s) of responsibility CX Technical Consultant – Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Experience: 6–10+ years Certification: Oracle Cloud Technical Implementation Certification (Preferred) Develop Oracle Fusion CX technical components and extensions. Build integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and web services. Develop reports, extracts, and custom technical objects.
Support security setup and user provisioning activities. Prepare technical design and deployment documentation. Assist with integrations and technical troubleshooting. Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams.
