Project Engineer – Residential Layout Development
Supervise overall residential layout development works.
Manage roads, drainage, water supply and utility infrastructure.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site labour.
Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality, measurements and material usage.
Track project progress, schedules and costs.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Ensure site safety and proper working practices.
Verify contractor bills and completed work quantities.
Maintain site records and submit progress reports to management.
Pay: ₹241,232.54 - ₹795,856.53 per year
